For more than 20 years I have helped multinational companies and high-growth businesses across Automotive, Banking, Insurance and Telecommunications turn strategy into working operating systems — building teams and processes from scratch, implementing CRM/ERP systems, and delivering measurable commercial results.
About
Alexander is a senior project and business transformation leader with more than 20 years of experience across multinational companies and high-growth businesses in Automotive, Banking, Insurance and Telecommunications. He has built teams and operations from scratch, launched digital platforms, and led nationwide network expansion programmes for international brands.
His work sits at the intersection of business, technology and people. Rather than managing projects in isolation, Alexander designs the operating systems around them — defining requirements, coordinating software engineers and vendors, implementing CRM/ERP platforms, and putting KPI and governance structures in place so that results are repeatable, not accidental.
He works fluently with cross-functional teams — sales, marketing, operations and technology — and is equally comfortable setting strategy with executive stakeholders and writing the business requirements that development teams build against.

Expertise
Twelve areas of practice, each tied to a business outcome rather than a buzzword.
Structuring complex, cross-functional initiatives so scope, budget, risk and milestones stay under control from kickoff to delivery.
Turning manual, fragmented operations into connected digital processes — from current-state assessment to a working roadmap.
Mapping how work actually happens, removing bottlenecks, and redesigning SOPs so operations scale without adding headcount.
Translating business needs into requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria that engineering and vendor teams can build against.
Identifying where AI and automation genuinely remove manual work, and structuring those opportunities into requirements for implementation teams.
Gathering and documenting business requirements that hold up under real engineering scrutiny — the bridge between the business and IT.
Building operational infrastructure and service delivery capability from the ground up, including call-centre and field operations.
Designing the sales processes, reporting and quality metrics that turn ad-hoc selling into a predictable, measurable engine.
Bringing regional teams, partners and vendors along through large-scale change, with training and performance management built in.
Defining the metrics that matter and the governance cadence that keeps teams accountable to milestones, budget and quality.
Coordinating sales, marketing, operations and technology teams around a single roadmap and a single set of priorities.
Managing external partners and internal stakeholders so delivery stays aligned, on budget and on schedule.
Services
Advisory, delivery and training built around the same competencies used to run the programmes above.
For companies that need to redesign processes, systems and operating models.
For complex, cross-functional initiatives that need structured delivery.
For companies with inefficient or poorly scalable operations.
For companies preparing to implement or improve digital systems.
Business-side guidance for identifying and structuring AI automation opportunities — not engineering implementation.
For leaders building or scaling a department, function or commercial operation.
Practical training for teams and leaders, built from real operating experience.
Methodology
Understand the current state — processes, systems, stakeholders and constraints — before proposing anything.
Define the target operating model, requirements and success metrics in terms the business and IT both understand.
Build a realistic roadmap with milestones, ownership, budget and risk controls in place from day one.
Coordinate teams, vendors and engineers to deliver against the plan, with governance to keep things on track.
Put KPI and reporting structures in place so results are visible, not anecdotal.
Use what the data shows to refine the process, the system and the plan — continuously, not once.
Experience
Led the end-to-end launch and nationwide expansion of the EUROREPAR Car Service network, coordinating regional managers, marketing, operations and external partners. Defined business requirements for CRM, website and lead-generation systems, and drove digital transformation initiatives across the network while managing partner onboarding, training, KPIs, budget and risk.
Built ~300 service centres from scratch · grew sales from zero to ~RUB 100M in three years · helped move Russia from 28th to 2nd place globally for the brand.
Joined an early-stage technology startup and helped transform the business idea into a scalable digital platform — building the sales organisation from scratch, working directly with software engineers to define CRM and automation requirements, managing the backlog in Jira, and introducing KPI-driven reporting and quality metrics.
Contributed to strategic planning and investor presentations as the platform scaled.
Built and managed large-scale operational infrastructure and service delivery, including CRM/ERP implementation, budgeting, vendor management and process design across a cross-functional transformation programme.
Roles spanning sales, business development, process improvement, customer experience, KPI reporting, stakeholder coordination and operational transformation across banking, insurance and telecom.
Selected Case Studies
Automotive · Network Development
Challenge. Launch a new automotive service brand nationwide with no existing sales, no advertising budget, and strong competition from global players.
Approach. Defined the rollout model end-to-end — partner onboarding, training, CRM and lead-generation requirements — and coordinated regional managers, marketing and operations against a shared roadmap and KPI framework.
Result. Grew the network to roughly 300 service centres and ~RUB 100M in new sales within three years, helping move Russia from 28th to 2nd place globally for the brand.
Startup · Commercial Operations
Challenge. Turn an early-stage automotive-services idea into a working, scalable digital business with no existing sales organisation.
Approach. Built the sales function from scratch, worked directly with software engineers to define CRM and automation requirements, and introduced Agile-style collaboration and KPI reporting through Jira.
Result. Established a functioning commercial operation with structured reporting and quality metrics, supporting the company's strategic planning and investor presentations.
Operations · Digital Transformation
Challenge. Build large-scale operational infrastructure capable of reliable service delivery across a cross-functional organisation.
Approach. Implemented CRM/ERP systems, redesigned core processes, and put budgeting, vendor management and KPI controls in place across the operation.
Result. Delivered a stable, scalable operating model supporting service delivery and cross-functional transformation.
